Inside out burger

Directions

Divide meat into 8 round patties.

On top of 4 patties place crumbled bacon pieces and grated cheese, using all of cheese and bacon.

Take remaining 4 patties and cover the first 4 pressing edges together.

Place on grill for 3 minutes each side.

Serve on grilled English muffins.

Ingredients

-		1 pound 81% ground beef
-		8 ounces package of grated sharp cheddar cheese
-		1/2 pound bacon fried crisp
-		4 sandwich sized English muffins
