Baked Fan Potatoes Recipe

Great alternative for baked potatoes.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice potatoes thinly but not all the way through, leaving slices attached at the bottom. Place each potato on a square of tin foil that will cover entire potato. Stuff some onion in between the slices. Place a pat of butter and seasonings on each potato. Wrap tin foil around entire potato. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Great on the grill, too.

Cook Time: 40 minutes
