Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

Quick and easy main dish.

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Chop broccoli with food chopper to very small pieces. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time for pasta, drain. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring often. Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and pasta mixture, heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

-		8 ounces uncooked linguine or spaghetti
-		1/2 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
-		2 tablespoons butter or margarine
-		1 teaspoon oregano
-		4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
-		1 can 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
-		1/2 cup milk
-		1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
-		1/4 teaspoon pepper
