Grilled Garlic Corn on the Cob Recipe

"Tasted great! I had trouble keeping the husks on when I was removing the silks. I thought those where the husks fell off tasted the same as those that had them on since they were wrapped in foil anyway, so next time I'll just remove all the husks to save time...."

Ingredients
  • 6 pieces corn on the cob
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Pull back husks off ears of corn and remove the silk while keeping the husks attached. Pull the husks back over the ears. Soak in cold water for 1 hour.

Combine melted butter and garlic. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Pull the husk on ears of corn and brush on the garlic butter, pull the husks back up over the corn cobs and wrap individual ears in foil and place on grill for 20 minutes.

The best corn on the cob for your summer get together! Filled with the flavors of summer. The water absorbed in the corn while it soaked will allow the corn to steam tender while it grills.
