Stuffed Bell Peppers 5 Recipe

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 1 package Spanish rice, prepared according to directions
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 cans tomato sauce (8 ounce cans)
  • cheddar cheese
Cook bell peppers in salt water until tender, cut off tops and remove seeds. cut tops up in rice and cook. Drain peppers and put in 10 inch baking dish. Mix rice and hamburger together; put in peppers. Top with cheese and pour tomato sauce over peppers. Bake at 350° until heated through and cheese is melted.
