ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Corn Tortillas (12 ounce pkg)
  • 16 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown meat with onion; drain. Add enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and soup; simmer until hot. In a 9 x 13 pan begin a layer of tortillas, small amount of meat mixture, and cheese. Continue layers, ending with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
