Cranberry Pork Roast 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 boneless rolled pork loin (3 pound )
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package whole berry cranberries (can be frozen)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 grated orange peel (1 whole orange)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or a heaping 1/4 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
Place pork in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients (I just put them all over the roast and stir once everything has heated up/thawed); pour over roast. Cover and cook on low (I think I might have cooked on high) for 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160° F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
