Combine the remaining ingredients (I just put them all over the roast and stir once everything has heated up/thawed); pour over roast. Cover and cook on low (I think I might have cooked on high) for 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160° F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. |
