  • 4 medium sweet potatoes - peeled
  • 2 large ham slices approximately 1 inch thick
  • 3 seedless oranges - peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch circles
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

  • Place sweet potoates in the slow cooker.
  • Arrange ham, orange slices and cranberries on top.
