Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Filling
  • 1 can sliced peaches, drained (save 3 T. juice.) (large can)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons juice from peaches
  • Topping
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
CRUST: Beat flour, salt, pudding, margarine, egg and milk together until smooth. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

FILLING: Place the peaches over the crust. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and juice together until creamy. Spoon over the top of the peaches.

TOPPING:Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the filling. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Refrigerate.
