Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake 2 - Recipe

Directions
CRUST: Beat flour, salt, pudding, margarine, egg and milk together until smooth. Pat into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

FILLING: Place the peaches over the crust. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and juice together until creamy. Spoon over the top of the peaches.

TOPPING:Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the filling. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Refrigerate.

-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1 box instant vanilla pudding (small)
-3 tablespoons margarine
-1 egg
-1/2 cup Milk
- Filling
-1 can sliced peaches, drained (save 3 T. juice.) (large can)
-8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
-1/2 cup sugar
-3 tablespoons juice from peaches
- Topping
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
