Chocolate Mousse 15 Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1ST LAYER:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2ND LAYER:
  • 1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding (large box)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small box)
  • 2 cups milk
Directions
Mix together the ingredients for the crust with the exception of pecans; save for later, and spread in the bottom of a 9x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Cool. For the 1st layer, blend together and pour on top of the cooled crust. For the 2nd layer, combine until thickened and pour over cream cheese. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with pecans.
