Diabetic Spice Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar Twin sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In mixing bowl, cream shortening, eggs, and vanilla. In bowl, whisk Sugar Twin, flour, baking powder, spices, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Spray 9x12 pan with Pam. Pour in batter and bake 30 minutes. Top with whipping cream beaten with enough Equal to sweeten.
