Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Tarragon Leaves
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut in 8 slices total
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick┬« Perfect Pinch┬« Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion

1. Mix oil, vinegar and tarragon in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

2. Arrange overlapping slices of tomato on serving platter. Spoon dressing evenly over top. Sprinkle with Seasoning, blue cheese and green onion.
