Chocolate Rum Balls 3 Recipe

  • 3 1/4 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup rum
Combine crushed vanilla wafers through nuts in a large bowl. Blend in corn syrup and rum. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in additional confectioner's sugar. Store balls in an airtight container several days to develop flavor. Roll again in confectioner's sugar before serving.
