Chocolate Ganache/Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package gfcf chocolate chips (12 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup rice milk or soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon gf vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Directions
Place all ingredients in pot in double boiler, stirring frequently, until melted. Can also be microwaved by putting all ingredients in bowl, microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Great as a frosting for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc., or as a coating for chocolate covered strawberries.
