Glazed Lemon Cake 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding (3.4 ounce pkg)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Lemon - Lime Soda
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar (Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, pudding, oil and eggs, beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Gradually add in soda. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake @ 350° for 40 - 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth, carefully spread over warm cake. Cool on a wire rack. Serves 12
