Ingredients
2 cups flour
10 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup soft butter
4 beaten eggs
3 cups white sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 cups finely chopped rhubarb
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.
Mix next four ingredients and spread over cooled crust. Bake another 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
