Blackberry Mush Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 quart blackberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions
Stem and wash berries.

Place berries and 2 c water in quart size pan. Bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch (add cornstarch to 1/2 c water, then add to berries). Cook about 4 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
