  • 1 loaf Italian bread (16 ounce loaf)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick┬« Perfect Pinch┬« Italian Seasoning

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Split bread in half horizontally and place, cut sides up, on work surface.
  3. Mix butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning; spread on bread. Place on broiler pan.
  4. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
