Weight Watchers Crustless Pumpkin Pie (6 points per pie) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can Pumpkin (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can evaporated skim milk (12 ounce can)
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute (equals 3 egg whites)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 5 1/2 teaspoons Equal or Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Spray pie plate. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie plate.

BAKE: 400° for 15 minutes. LOWER temp to 325° and bake 45 minutes.

Pie is done when knife inserted is clean.
