SOUTHERN CHESS PIE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 8-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pecans
Directions
Heat oven to 375°. Mix together sugars and flour. Beat in thoroughly eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter. Fold in nuts. Pour into pastry lined pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Serve slightly warm, plain or with whipped cream.
