LEMON CHEESECAKE BARS 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 packages Cream Cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
Directions
In bowl, mix crumbs and butter. Press firmly into foil-lined 13x9" baking pan. In bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar on medium, until blended good. Add milk, flour, lemon and vanilla, mix well. Add eggs (1 at a time), blend on low speed. Pour evenly over crust.

Bake: 350° for 40-45 min. or until almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hrs. or overnight. Lift out of pan. Cut into bars. Refrigerate extras.
