Choco Butterscotch Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix (3.4 ounce )
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Glaze
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 13X9 pan or a 15x10x1 pan. In large mixing bowl combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil and eggs. By hand, stir until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Press mixture in prepared pan. Bake 350° for 25-35 minutes (20-30 minutes for 15x10x1pan) until golden.

In small sauce pan combine glaze ingredients, melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over warm bars.
