Ranch Turkey Club Pizza Recipe

Club sandwiches made even easier as a pizza. Serve with some crisp lettuce and ranch dressing for your weeknight meal. Great way to use up your leftover turkey.

  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 2 green onions - sliced
  • 6 slices bacon - crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tomato - chopped
  • 1 cup Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  • Preheat ovent to 375 degrees F.
  • Grease a large baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Unroll and press crescent rolls onto prepared sheet. Seal perferations. Bake 6-8 until golden brown.
  • In a medium bowl, mix turkey, onions, bacon and ranch dressing. Spread over crust leaving 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle with tomato and cheese. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
