MISSISSIPPI MUD BARS 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 package mini marshmallows (small bag)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts
  • Frosting
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Cream sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, salt and nuts. Pour in greased and floured pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over and return to oven for a couple of minutes until slightly melted. Frosting: Boil butter, milk and sugar for 1 minute and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips melt and drizzle over hot bars. Do not over bake.
