Marshmallow Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 16 ounces pineapple tidbits, juice reserved
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fruit-flavored miniature marshmallows

  • Mix pudding with buttermilk until well blended, add Cool Whip.
  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice to coat banana slices; drain orange slices.
  • Add the drained pineapple and oranges to the pudding mixture.
  • Stir well and refrigerate 1 hour or more.
  • Slice banana into pineapple juice.
  • When ready to serve drain bananas and add along with the marshmallows.
