Pizza Dough (2 crusts) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour (regular flour or bread flour)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1 package yeast
Container: Pizza pan or stone
Directions
COOK

  • Mix all ingredients well. Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Spread on pizza pans/stones. Bake at 450 degrees F. on bottom rack without toppings for 8 minutes.
  • Add desired toppings and bake for an additional 15 minutes on bottom rack 450 degrees F.
