Diabetic Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Chill for 2 hours.

Roll and cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle lightly with colored sugars.

Bake at 375° for until done.
