Soft Sugar Cookies 23 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon or vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved inch 1 cup milk)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 cups flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and knead until no longer sticky. Roll out 1/2 inch and cut into shapes. Bake for 6-8 minutes, on 350° until golden brown.
