  • 4 pounds beef roast
  • 1 package Italian seasoning dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can water
  • 1 package au jus mix (dry)
  • 1 package dry onion soup (optional)
Container: 6-quart slow cooker
Directions

  • Place the beef roast in the crock pot.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast.
  • Cook on low, 6-8 hours.
  • Slice and serve on hoagie buns.
