Tea Cakes 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Directions
Mix flour and sugar. Add oil and eggs and mix. Add vanilla and coconut flavoring. Stir. Roll dough on wax paper. Cut out with biscuit cutter and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 9-10 minutes.

Very good.
