  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pint whipping cream

  • Prepare cake mix as directed; pour into prepared cake pan.
  • Sprinkle rhubarb on top of cake batter.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the rhubarb layer.
  • Pour whipping cream over top.
  • Bake at 350° F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is a golden brown.
