Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 hashbrowns - frozen O'Brien style with onions and peppers
  • 1 pound ground sausage - sage flavored
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - sharp
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 eggs
  • salt and pepper - to taste

  • Brown sausage with minced garlic.
  • Whisk milk and eggs together.
  • Combine all ingredients well in casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 375° F.
  • Stir and bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
  • I usually brown the sausage and mix it together the night before.
