"SOOO GOOOOD but I did make a few changes....
I used chicken broth instead of wine
I used chicken breast cut in half
Only marinated for 30 min
Cooked it about 25 min to get bacon to the right amount of crispiness. Chicken was still juicy, not over cooked and had great flavor.
Ate with steamed veggies and baked potato. DELICIOUS!!"
