SYRUP CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 jar Steen Ribbon Cane syrup (if using other syrup, add 1 1/2 cup)
Directions
Sift together all dry ingredients and add oil, buttermilk, eggs and syrup. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°F. for 45 to 55 minutes.
