Ingredients
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Using a fork, poke holes throughout the roast. Place the prime rib in a dish or pan with sides. Do not use plastic.
Pour the marinade over the meat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove the meat every 30 minutes and turn it in the marinade.
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and cook as desired.
Discard used marinade. Do not reuse.
