Cashew Ginger Sauce Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • cayenne pepper

Directions
  • Pureé everything in food processor or blender.
  • When it is as smooth as you like, transfer to a lidded containter.
  • Refrigerate if not using immediately. Heat gently before serving.
  • If sauce becomes too thick for your liking, add 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce, whisk until incorporated.
