Ingredients
  • 1 pound cavatelli pasta - or orzo
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups baby lettuce
  • 3/4 cup pepper feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 12 basil leaves - chiffonad
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Container: large pasta pot, large serving bowl

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool.
  • Place in a large serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, including 1/4 cup olive oil.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
