Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Slightly seasoned, this chicken sandwich is over flowing with flavor and juices.
Directions
  • Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl or in plastic bag. Cover and refrigerate for 4 or more hours or overnight.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken breasts from marinade one at a time and place on the grill; discard marinade.
  • Cook for approximately 10 - 12 minutes, turn once, and grill the other side for another 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Lightly butter buns and place on grill butter side down.
  • Cook for approximately 1 minute or until buns are slightly toasted.
  • Garnish with your favorite vegetables and serve.

- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1/4 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley, dried
- 4 hamburger buns
dash of salt and pepper
butter to toasts buns
