Unique and tasty, this French variety of spreadable cheese is a great addition to appetizers for a party or simply when served as a snack.

Directions
  • Cut cheese into half pound wedge and serve with a thicker variety of crakers that will allow the cheese to be easily spread.
  • Spread crackers with 1 teaspoon of cheese and top cheese with a 1/2 teaspoon of chutney of choice, such as a mango chutney.
  • Gourmandise contains bits of walnuts to enhance the flavor of this European processed cheese. In addition, pine nuts can be roasted and placed on the cheese as a decorative touch before serving.
