Pear and Hazelnut Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 vinaigrette, bottled or homemade (or more, if preferred)
  • 2 pears, ripe but still firm
  • 1/2 hazelnuts (or more, if preferred)
  • 1/4 crumbled feta cheese
Directions
  • Wash and dry greens. Peel and slice pears. Put hazelnuts in a plastic bag or under a towel and crush coarsely - the pieces should be quite large.
  • Toss greens with vinaigrette and arrange on four salad plates. Arrange pear slices in a decorative pattern over the greens. Scatter nuts and feta over greens and serve.
