Pumpkin Bread 73 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
Directions
Beat the nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, eggs and oil together. Add the water, flour, baking soda, pumpkin and mix until well blended.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pans, 3 large or 6-7 small. Bake at 350° for one hour for the large pan and 40 minutes for the smaller pans.

This Pumpkin recipe is the best! It is so velvety smooth.
