Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla gradually. Add coconut and flour, mix well.
Stir in almonds and chocolate chips
Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove and let cool on rack.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

-		teaspoon 1 vanilla extract
-		cup 1/2 flour
-		4 eggs, whites only
