Lemon Thyme Cookies Recipe

Tasty cookie with a hint of fresh herbs.

Lemon Thyme Cookies Recipe (+)

Directions

Sift together flour and cream of tartar.
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Blend in the flour until well incorporated.
Stir in lemon thyme.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
Bake on greased cookie sheets or a silpat.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350Â°.
Edges may brown slightly.
