Pumpkin Bread 28 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/4 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pure pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts, optional
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make hole in the dry ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix with mixer until smooth. Grease and flour bundt pan, pour in batter and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or when toothpick inserted comes out clean. Good served with cream cheese.
