Pumpkin Bread 23 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup crisco oil
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup pecans
Directions
Mix together eggs, sugar, and oil. Beat until oil is dissolved. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and water. Blend well. Add pumpkin and nuts. Pour into three greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. May bake as cupcakes instead for about 25 minutes.
