DOUBLE QUICK DINNER ROLLS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, egg, oil and 1 C flour. Stir until smooth. Add remaining flour, stirring until smooth. Cover bowl. Let rise 30 minutes. Stir batter. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
