  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove small garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Whisk all ingredients together.  Then, cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend the flavors.

"My family isn't much on lamb but they love a sauce for dipping chicken. I tried this for something different and they must have liked it because most of it was gone. I thought it was good but I don't usually dip my chicken in anything."
