Fantastic Clam Dip Recipe

  • 2 cans chopped clams with juice (12 ounce cans)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tubes Ritz crackers, for serving
Place 2 tubes of crackers in a plastic Ziploc bag. Seal and crush the crackers.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and parsley, cooking over medium heat for a few minutes. Add clams with the juice and stir.

Remove from heat. Add crushed crackers and cheese. Mix until moist. Pour into a baking dish and add a sprinkle of cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with remaining Ritz crackers.
